WE’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT SUPPORTING
LIFELONG LEARNING JOURNEYS
Our goal is simple but ambitious: provide individuals and organisations everywhere with easy and affordable access to high quality content, digital learning journeys and career coaches.
Why are we needed? Because the world of work is changing rapidly, becoming more globalised, more digitised and less secure. Now more than ever, you need to take ownership of your future. In the 21st century careers rarely travel in a straight line, you’ll face changes both planned and unplanned, and encounter challenges and opportunities.
We love what we do and we’re committed to researching, listening, developing and improving how we help you be successful with your career.

Mindfulness Coach & Content Writer
Nicole is all about creating world class leaders. How does she do it? By using her mindfulness expertise to supercharge their productivity and focus on what matters most, while making sure they burn brightly rather than burn out.
During more than 15 years’ experience she’s founded Polished Professional Development and worked with clients including a professor at Harvard School of Medicine, the city attorney of San Francisco, Google tech whizzes, the Department of Child Psychology at San Francisco General Hospital and many more, not to mention being made a fellow by The Coaching Fellowship for her work empowering women in rural Kenya.
Outside office hours you might find her salsa dancing or sailing in Port Phillip Bay. Although rarely at the same time.
Enterprise Sales Manager
Born and partially bred in Melbourne, Anna spent the remainder of her upbringing in countryside (former) Czechoslovakia, followed by an au-pair stint in Germany. A university degree called her back home to Melbourne and the language skills Anna acquired in Europe helped her land a job with Lufthansa German Airlines. Little did Anna know at the time that there was already a budding sales person within. Passionate about customer service, delivering on customer need and going the extra mile saw Anna progress through the various account and project manager roles, until she found her calling in business development.
In early 2018, Anna felt the need to change the direction in her career and find something more purpose-led – which she did, with The Career Conversation. Now, Anna gets a buzz out of identifying opportunities, meeting new people and talking to them about all things TCC.
Chris makes sure all the words are in the right order and all the content has something to say and says it well. He hates management jargon and will only let it slip through if he really, really has to. Chris has written about various things for various national newspapers and magazines in the UK, created content for lots of brands, come up with social media strategies and written two books. One of which was about horsemeat, which was an unexpected career twist.
